Our organic Sidamo coffee beans are grown in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, utilizing sustainable and organic farming practices. This ensures that the coffee is cultivated without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers, adhering to stringent organic certification standards.

Unique Characteristics

High-Altitude Growth

Grown at elevations ranging from 1,600 to 2,200 meters above sea level, the high altitude allows the beans to develop more complex and nuanced flavours.

Flavour Profile

Sidamo coffee is renowned for its distinct flavour, often exhibiting a floral aroma with notes of citrus, berries, and occasionally chocolate. The beans typically have a bright acidity and a smooth, clean finish.

Processing Method

• Natural Process:


Our primary method, where coffee cherries are dried with the fruit still intact. This enhances the fruity and complex flavour profile, resulting in a richer, fuller body.







• Washed Process:


We also offer some washed varieties, where the cherry pulp is removed before drying. This method produces a cleaner cup with pronounced acidity and a refined taste.

Sidamo Arbegona:



Known for its unique flavour profile, Sidamo Arbegona coffee offers floral and citrus notes, often with a hint of berries and chocolate. The high-altitude farming in Arbegona contributes to the development of these complex flavours.



Sidamo Bensa:
